Kids teeth and dental care, poor tooth enamel
I am looking for some good advise from anyone that my have a suggestions. My son has very bad teeth enamel on his baby teeth. He is seven and has all ready had five filling done. This is getting to be very costly. Even though I have dental insurance on him it does not pay out that much and I am having to pay the difference.
Anyone have any ideas how to slow him down from getting cavities. As it is now he is brushing three times a day and is using toothpaste that is suppose to help tooth enamel but I am not sure how much that is really working.

I am surprised that your dentist has not advise you about getting dental sealants for your son teeth. Dental sealant are used to help protect your teeth when you have poor tooth enamel.
Also good to have done if you child has poor brushing habits. However, ask your dentist about this as an option.
