I am seventy and I have not see a dentist in the last two years since the one I was going to retired. I would like to have my teeth check although nothing is really wrong with them.   I called a few local dentist in my area and they all wanted between $150 – $200  just for a check up x-rays and a basic cleaning.  This is just to much money.  One dentist told me that I should get dental insurance. Stating that way my preventive dental services would be free to low cost.  Where do I find a plan that offer benefits like that?  I am too old and tired to go into a bunch of different web sites.
